Born in 1935, native of Wujin, Jiangsu, with a college diploma, professor-level senior engineer, national expert with outstanding contributions. Recipient of the State Council Special Allowance. Awardee of the 70th Anniversary of National Day Commemorative Medal.
Elected member of the 6th National People's Congress Standing Committee, and deputy to the 6th, 7th, and 8th National People's Congress. Since starting work, has received multiple honorary titles, including National Model Worker, National "May 1st" Labor Medal, and 15 times awarded Shanghai Model Worker and Advanced Worker titles. Also awarded the title of Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert by the Ministry of Human Resources.
Formerly served as a technical staff member at Shanghai Electroplating Industry Company and Shanghai Daily Hardware Industry Company. Head of the technical team at Shanghai Changzheng Electroplating Factory, deputy director of the research institute at Shanghai Daily Hardware Company, and director of the New Technology Development Office at Shanghai Lock Manufacturing Company's Changzheng Electroplating Factory, among other positions.
Also served as a member of the Light Industry Group of the National Science and Technology Commission Technical Committee, vice chairman of the China Surface Engineering Association, vice chairman of the Electroplating Branch of the China Surface Engineering Association, deputy director of the Surface Treatment Committee of the China Light Industry Association, chairman and honorary chairman of the Shanghai Electroplating Association, and executive director of the Shanghai Outstanding Contribution Experts Association.

Formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yamamoto Plating Tester Co., Ltd. of Japan, focusing mainly on semiconductor silicon wafer plating, aerospace, and precision electronic plating.
